Booked the cheapest room for a 4-day stay in Manila and it was our anniversary so the staffs surprised us with some decorations and complementary cake. They upgraded us to a bigger room with view and lounge access. The staffs were very accommodating. 5-10mins walk to Resorts World (mall) with many restaurants and shops to choose from. Just minutes away from NAIA T3.

Loved everything!! The room itself was lovely with a huge shower/bathtub area! Bed was so comfortable. The sauna/steam room/jacuzzi were awesome! Breakfast buffet was one of the best- dumplings, samosas, all my favorite foods- incredible variety! The pool was a nice bit of fun, too! Nice staff throughout the hotel!

Superb room , got upgraded which was nice , a hotel with a decent coffee machine in the room, which was lovely rather then a nescafe sachet and a creamer sachet, shame on you okada manilla by the way, will always be my first choice hotel when staying in manila.

All of the employees from desk to doorman to room service were friendly, and very helpful. I really felt welcomed. I’ve been to other Marriott Hotels in the US but none compared to this. The above and beyond attitude of everyone was incomparable.

The hotel location is very good as you can access anything from food to shopping. It makes my stay there less stressul espcially going to the airport. Hopefully i will stay there in my next holiday.
